Planning to safely deliver a linespeed enhancement project subcontracted to Rail/Civils and Signalling, M&E, OLE contractors, on time and on budget including Design, Procurement, Implementation/Construction, Testing & Commissioning, Recovery, Handback and project close out, recovery. Interfacing with oracle projects in budget forecasting and reporting on actual material and resource costs.

Current Role

Planning manager of the department for intergrated retrofit projects. Worked with support to 3 turbine retrofits. Two BWR and one PWR units.
Being on site for installtion of one of the biggest turbine retrofits in the world.
