Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of project schedules for the Linespeed Enhancements, FTN, Civils, Plant & Machinery and Structures disciplines of the multi-million pound WCML contract. This involved long term planning of the works, identification of Key Milestones from Concept to Handback, activity logic and durations as well as the day to day management of the project schedules. Attendance at Progress Meetings with contractors and analysis of their programmes to capture progress and forecast.
