Managed team of IT developers and training staff. Post-implementation served as Director of Operations for Executive Director on Change Order and Scheduling Units, reviewed Timberline Estimating for implementation and standardization. Reviewed major scheduling issues for Claims and resolution of negotiations of Time Impact claims.
