- Lead the development of an integrated project planning system, comprising designing the process architecture, rationalising and integrating engineering applications (databases, manhour tracking system and document control system) for seamless and holistic reporting.
- Develop, validate and prepare project planning package inclusive of progress measurement methodology, project schedule using critical path method (CPM), work breakdown structures (WBS) and S-Curve, manhour loading and histogram and other technical data as required according to client requirements.
