At the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generation Station, Sacramento, California; Coordinated input from over 50 engineers in an enormous technical review, in the course to successfully restore NRC licensing to the facility.  Developed database uploads/downloads from P2 VAX based schedule processor.  Developed “punchlist” database to assist in task management; Debugged test procedure reviews, streamlining and reducing review/approval cycle times.
