Evaluation of Contractors claims for billing and comparing to the actual Project accomplishment, reports deviations and give recommendation to the immediate supervisor (City Inspector) / City Mayor prior to the release of Contractors payment.

Responsible for presenting estimated project cost and program of work to City Mayor prior to releasing budget for local project. Site inspection and supervision of local contractors, evaluating contractor’s monthly invoice and negotiation with contractors for any variation claims.

Review Contractor’s Work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
