He has worked at the Project Management Office (PMO) since its foundation, in which he also played a key role. This PMO is a corporate entity that works in all projects of this Organization and has the mission of transforming Project Management through Cost Engineering and BIM, to make better decisions, based on the involvement of three key elements (people, processes and systems). It carries out its activities leading the Planning and Scheduling discipline; performing the Implementation and Technical Verification of Planning and Control Processes; and, developing the Organizational Process Assets necessary for the definition of a standard Project Management methodology for his Company.
