Develop and manage overall plan and schedule in P6.  Set the schedule activities weighted value, baseline schedule and report progress against the baseline.  Integration of drilling, diving / sub-sea and commissioning schedules into the overall master schedule.  Additionally, I was responsible for resource loading and P.O.B. forecasting around the constraints of limited bed space in order to achieve first oil in a safe and timely manner.
