ITC Contracting LLCCompany is one of a major civil Contractor involved in construction of Oil and Gas Terminals, Industrial, Commercial and residential Buildings.

My main job responsibilities were as follows:

·         Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.

·         Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.

·           Assisting Construction manager in preparation of Project execution plans and method statements.

·         Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly productivity reports for each activity.

·         Preparation of bar bending schedule, B.O.Q’s, sub-contractor bills and etc.,

·         Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety

·         Attending the periodic progress review meetings with the client.

·         Training and Supervising the workers team for Special jobs like raised floor installation and EPDM membrane water proofing works.

Projects Handled:

·         5 nos of Local Control Buildings, Pipe Sleepers and Anchors for Common Cooling water system for Ras Laffan Industrial City Phase2 for Dodsal at Raslaffan, Qatar

·         Common Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Project for Qatar Engineering & Construction(QCON)
