1.     Preparation of monthly progress claims and contractual claims.
2.     Preparation of Monthly Progress Report and Weekly Progress Report.
3.     Preparation of over-all schedule, updating over-all schedule periodically and checking the critical points to keep the progress on schedule. S-curve, manpower and equipment bar chart.
4.     Maintain records of issues / events that impact on production / progress.

2.     Preparation of new schedule for new work order.
3.     Organizing all sub-contractors and managing sub-contractor work’s procedure and work’s sequence to keep progress on schedule or ahead of schedule.

1.     Monitoring and preparing the monthly/weekly report for additional works and day works / pre-mining works, submitting the report to client, claiming and negotiating with client for all addition works and day works / pre-mining works.
2.     Checking the back-up data of sub-contractor’s claim, making adjustments for any incorrect items and reviewing sub-contractor’s invoices.
3.     Arranging cost code for cost control and determining cost codes for each activity.

1.     Implement and maintain controls system to allow accurate and timely financial reporting for the project.
2.     Prepare monthly valuations.
3.     Maintain the project schedule.
4.     Progress updating and monitoring regularly.
5.     Prepare all variation works for monthly progress claims.
6.     Supervise and review final quantities calculation.
