1.     Implement and maintain controls system to allow accurate and timely financial reporting for the project.
2.     Prepare monthly valuations.
3.     Maintain the project schedule.
4.     Progress updating and monitoring regularly.
5.     Prepare all variation works for monthly progress claims.
6.     Supervise and review final quantities calculation.
7.     Supervise and review soil investigation, civil designs, shop-drawings and as built drawings.
8.     Supervise documents filing, collection and collation.
9.     Regularly review the data to ensure that the data are correct.
10.     Maintain an awareness of the financial status of the project to ensure that costs are maintained and profits achieved.
11.     Establish and maintain a positive client relationship to assist in delivering a successful project and enhance the Company’s profile.
12.     Review capability of new subcontractor. Rising Letter of Intend, Subcontract Agreement and Work Order to Subcontractor. Checking and processing Subcontractor’s invoice.
13.     Maintain and control material request, requirement, delivery, stock and lead-time of purchasing.
14.     Conduct coordination meeting, weekly progress meeting with subcontractors.
