2. Collect update data (% Completed) from Fabricator & Subcontractor (Logistics, Shipment Plan, Steel Supply, Site Assembly, Procurement, Engineering, and O&M)
3. Using PRIMAVERA P6 Ver. 7 to Update Overall Schedule and Analyze the critical path and advice project team the potential cause of delay.
4. Attending Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical weekly meeting with Client
5. Update data for Handover Area Target Milestones to monitor the handover by each area are not behind the schedule.
6. Assist Project Manager & Project Director to Track/Control the Construction and compile the Monthly Report
7. Conduct weekly meeting with Subcontractor Planner to review the schedule
8. Distribute Overall Onshore & Offshore schedule after finalized and approved by Project Director
9. Making detailed schedule with Ms. Project 2010 such as Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Schedules, Operational & Shutdown planning (Stacking Plan)

  5. Monitoring molding condition before pouring the concrete, pouring concrete time, and open mold after concrete inside the mold have enough strength.
  6. Scheduling for transportation Sleepers to change place to the stock yard according its own strength.
  7. Map the location for every Sleepers for easy check to comply with the consultant desired.
  8. Final check for every concrete product according to the quality.
