Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Task-2 exceeded 2 days, so final task is expected to be complete on 23-Aug as shown above.

How to calculate automatically the expected completion date when the actual finish date is different from baseline finish ?

Karthik abi,

If you have linked your tasks, MSP will complete this by operating a Forwards Pass. and the final task will automatically finish on the calculated Expected Completion Date. Be sure to Auto-Schedule your tasks to achieve this.

You can check the scheduling method used on your project in the "Status" column:

You can check that the Forwards Pass is going to work correctly by checking the links in the "Precedessors" Column.

I hope this helps, come back to us if you need any further help.
