  • Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) Project Controls Manager of multi-billion USD Mercury Project (SOCAR-BP JV, Fluor as PMC) 
  • Establishment, development and successful implementation of PMO Project Controls procedures and system, and ensuring Project Controls Team is working in accordance with PMO Project Controls procedures.
  • What-if analysis and schedule scenarios for critical decisions
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to executive management
  • Leading interactive planning (IAP) workshops
  • Leading development and updates of Owner schedules, cost reports, cash flows, KPIs, risk register, and change management process
  • Preparing scheduling and commercial terms of RFP Packages
  • Technical and commercial bid evaluations
