START Date:

END Date:

Lead Planner, Railway Division

King’s Cross Station Redevelopment Project and Victoria Station Upgrade

I was responsible for the day to day programme co-ordination, for the Kings Cross re-development project and the Design element of London Underground’s Victoria Station Upgrade (VSU). I reported directly to the Client (DfT for Kings Cross and LUL for VSU). Specifically I was responsible for the production of integrated programmes detailing key interdependencies between stakeholders.

I used high levels of expertise, in planning and problem solving techniques, to develop and manage the delivery of an integrated choreography model. The model provided a visual representation of the physical infrastructure, within the scope of the project, and is linked directly to the integrated programme providing real-time analysis and problem solving to be carried out.

In addition the model allowed identification of potential interface issues as well as programme and cost benefits to be realised.

I was also responsible for the production of periodic progress, risk and issues register and risk analysis reports, including Critical Path and Earned Value Analysis, for Project Directors and our main Clients (DfT and LUL) using (P6.1) as well as MS Office suite of applications
