Job Description:

  • Prepare a monthly project management team (PMT) report with incorporating EPC contractor report’s consisting of: Design engineering deliverables list status, Procurement activities information, Construction progress status and planned schedule and forecast, areas of concern, overall manpower deployment status, current construction materials and equipment deployment status, EPC percentage progress accomplishment and s-curves by grid per discipline, updated project P6 schedule and includes all Health & Safety report, QA/QC RFI Reports & NCR status, Invoice and payment status and change order, variation and other additional work status.
  • Prepares a project schedules for site preparation, manpower load and mobilization, provisioning for tools and material and Plant Machinery and Vehicle.
  • Evaluates project information which includes drawings, work specifications, tender and estimation work sheets for basing on satisfactory bases especially labor force programming and material planning.
  • Estimates manpower requirements by hour and by sector or step. Builds up manpower mobilization curve which indicates the numbers of personnel to mobilize and to demobilize.
  • Prepares “Manpower Utilization Plan” in all projects for visualization and monitoring of the usage of personnel in each projects that also includes the planned and actual manhours of each project.
  • Prepares “Material Usage Plan” to determine, on monthly basis, materials requirements for the project.
  • Prepares“Activity Labor Distribution Plan” to determine, on monthly basis, labor requirements for the project.
  • Prepares “Activity/Project Equipment Utilization Plan” to determine, on monthly basis, equipment requirements for the activity/project.
  • Prepares“Subcontracts Requirements Plan” to show beginning and ending dates of subcontracts and incorporates in outsourcing register that are requires in company and ISO procedures.
  • Prepares “Overheads Requirements Plan” to prepare a detailed overheads requirements plan for all equipment, materials, etc.
  • Prepares“Project Revenues Plan” to determine monthly revenues according to execution plan.
  • Preparing a weekly progress report for all on-going projects which also requires of monitoring of daily and site visit reports.
  • Provides the Project Manager with the plans, charts and programs for the Project, seeks his opinion and coordinates with him.
  • Visits the project sites and carries out further detailed study and updating project progress.

Job Description:

  • In-charge of preparation and compilation of Technical and Commercial Proposal and Prequalification Documents.
  • Preparation of Preliminary Project Schedule using Primavera 6 or Microsoft Project which is required by client.
  • In-charge of Electronic Contracting Network (ECN) of the company for the certifying as registered contractor of Saudi Aramco.
  • Preparation and updating of contractor/vendor registration of the company.
  • Preparation of prequalification documents to all clients including preparation of correspondences such as request for quotation, coordination to the incoming project, response letter to the queries and etc.
  • Preparation of reports regarding project costing, estimation, and other commercial proposal.
  • Modification of CAD Drawings using Microstation and AutoCAD and conversion of hardcopy drawings into CAD File like isometric drawings of piping arrangement, Office Area, etc.
  • Control and compilation of all technical and commercial documents including bid documents, incoming and outgoing correspondences, technical drawings and other documents related on each project.
  • In-charge of tracking and controlling of record such as current and on-going project, project status, client’s customer complaint and department weekly status reports.
  • Coordination with the Client and contractors related to the current issues and project.
  • Assigned as a Lead Internal Auditor for implementation of ISO – International Organization for Standardization and in charge of handling all ISO Documents.
  • Preparation of the company profile and other presentation of the company.
  • Prepared and developed a database using Microsoft Access for the filing system of all project.
  • Provide computer support, troubleshooting of pc/laptops, network problems to all departments and provide help on designing company website using Flash, Fireworks and Photoshop software.
