Contractual control of all company projects from inception to implementation. Prepare, monitor & control schedule, allocate resource & monitor cost for Modernization Project & Maintenance work in different Petrochemical plants. Estimate cost overruns, choke out remedial measures for negative variances, supporting documents for claims, etc.

 

Prepare & review of client/sub-contractors technical specifications, work methodology & endorse commercials quotes.

 

Month-wise budget allocation for new project. Estimation of cost and resource for new projects/tenders in addition to detail execution plan, look ahead, risk analysis, optimize plans, MIS reports, etc

 

    Below are roles played in various projects handled:

 

  1. Project Management & Planning for EPIC of piping, telemetry, electrical work in 12 WHJ offshore (2002 – 2004)

  2. Lead Planning/Costing Engineer for various Projects, portfolio combined worth over $50m - Pigging, purging and overhaul of 34” Petrol valve; EPIC Self cleaning filters for NGL3 turbines; New 24” Line at Halul Islands; ABB- GRP Cooling water Piping; US Army Construction Projects; Qatar Telecommunications; Space-frame structure; Tank rehabilitation, etc (1998 –  2006)

  3. Sr. Planning Engineer - EPIC new pipeline between QP Refinery to QVC;SRU stack Dismantle, Fabricate & Erection; Khalifa stadium Civil Construction, etc (2003-2006)

  4. Lead Planning Engineer for more than 15 major shutdowns combined worth over $35m- Offshore PS2/PS3 Shutdowns, Seawater replacement shutdown Projects @ Rasgas, Various other Shutdowns at QP fields (1998 to 2006)

  5. Estimation Incharge (Mechanical scope Project and shutdowns)- Consolidated Maintenance Contract Rasgas (over $100m), LPG Bottling Plant (over $30m- Lost in final negotiation), Shutdowns with a success rate 50%, Various Projects with QP, QASCO, RASGAS
