Planning Supervisor, Saudi Oger Ltd., King Abdulla University for Science & Technology, KAUST

Currently employed in the company as Planning Supervisor, assigned to “King Abdullah University for Science and Technology” Project. Budget about 15 billion US dollars, completed in 24 Months. First LEED Platinum High education campus facility in the Middle East.

a)     (2008 – 2010) working in the project controls Department for the construction phase.

Duties include:

-       For both construction and commissioning works lead the planning team of Zone2 (7 buildings) for developing time schedule resource loaded for each building as well as the weekly schedule updates, weekly 2 weeks lookahead reports and analyze the weekly progress.

-       Develop the required analytical reports and schedules to top management to control project progress.

-       Assist in establishing project Work Breakdown Structure.

-       Analyze variances in schedule performance against the plan, and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to project management.

b)    (2010 – Present) working in the MMS for Operation & Maintenance – KAUST Campus.

Duties include:

-       Preparing the Maintenance Planning process.

-       Using SAP (planning module) to prepare the plant maintenance plans.

-       Using SAP (planning module) to prepare the preventive maintenance plans if required.

-       Develop the required analytical reports to control project performance.

-       Working in LEED program, plan and coordinate the design and construction LEED Requirements, Coordinate between Owner, Contractor and Project management teams, to achieve the required LEED Certification, Achieved LEED Platinum-New Construction. Currently working on the LEED-EB (Existing Building Operation and maintenance).
