While at Turner I had the opportunity to become very diverse in my scheduling experience. My time there has allowed me to work on everything from maintenance and turnaround programs to large construction projects.

My experiences at Turner allowed me to work in the Oil and Gas, Pharma, Petrochem, and Energy industries for several clients across the Gulf South.

  • Assisted with initial resource and cost loaded schedule development
  • Conducted schedule development meetings to determine path of construction and assignment of leveling priorities
  • Ran what if scenarios to maximize schedules and avoid possible delays
  • Updated and maintained turnaround schedules
  • Prepared progress reporting documents for all contractors.
  • Interfacing with all contractors to deliver schedule updates in daily turnover meetings
  • Conducted schedule update meetings with plant and department managers
  • Created activity, resource, and project code dictionaries at the global and project levels
  • Performed activity coding and resource loading
  • Produced look ahead schedules of various durations as required
  • Assisted project managers in putting together successful bids for projects.
  • Ran what-if scenarios in P6 to anticipate schedule delays
  • Performed material take offs using P&ID’s and walkthroughs
  • Tracked costs of planned projects in Excel
  • Generated material requisitions and service orders in SAP
  • Coordinated material delivery with vendors
  • Reviewed drawings and developed work scope tasks. Identify task constraints as appropriate
  • Developed and prepared job packages containing drawings, work scope, safety plans, etc.
  • Performed accurate and detailed material takeoffs utilizing P&ID’s, structural drawings, mechanical drawings, piping isometrics, photos, specifications and field drawings.
  • Generated material request orders, Maintenance Repair Orders, and service requests utilizing the SAP asset management system.
  • Updated activity progress in Primavera P6.
