Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Case-

We have a budget base WBS in SAP for like this
Infra
Plant civil Bldgs
Non Plant civil Bldgs
Plant & Machinary
Others

We Follow the WBS in Primavera like this
Engineering
Tendering & Procurement
Delivery
Construction
L-2Civil
L-2Mech
Commissioning

Now we will keep the Primavera WBS for all level is as same as SAP WBS and under these the all detail activities will be listed down. But for the Schedule reporting purpose , we will assign activity codes like , Engineering , T&P , Delivery, Construction , Comm. to view reporting like this ..

Problem starts when - Correlation of SAP progress with Schedule in Primevera .

If SAP says - Actual cost in civil is - 30 %
Will Primavera rollup & show the Civil progress 30% or near to it , based on the Activity code(Civil) assign to civil related activities in all project considering weightage will be at acitivity level , Will it rollup the progress based on acitivity code grouping .

Vinay,
The answer to your query is YES. It will rollup and show progress % complete per summary band within Activity Codes. You should use Performance % complete field which is equivalent to Activity % complete and representing any of Percent complete type selected (i.e. Duration, Units and Physical)
