Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

diferrence between the Base line Program,Recovery program and Revised base line program

Please explain to me am i right or wrong:

Base line Program:

This term is clear for all.

 

Recovery program:

Shall be by taking the last update till known cutoff date and, modify the rest of not started and in progress activities in order to recover the delay, Not: the contractor by submit this recovery program agree that the delay is from him.

Revised base line program:

  • Extension of time for the additional scope of work:
  • Contractor shall add the additional fragnet program to the original base line program and submitted as revised base line program in order to get approval and in order to forecast the additional period of extension.
  • After getting approval from the owner, in order to make update, contractor shall apply the actuals on in revised program in order to start to make the update based on the revised base line program.
  • After that the contractor shall submit a Recovery Program for the rest of delay from him, demonstrating all reasons of delay and the remedy actions taken to recover the delay.
  • Extension of time for the delay from the owner or unforeseen delays:
  • Contractor shall submit the claim to the owner and get approval from the owner for the new extension of time, including a fragnet for the delay from the owner, and this will be called Revised Base line Program.
  • After that the contractor shall submit a Recovery Program for the rest of delay from him, demonstrating all reasons of delay and the remedy actions taken to recover the delay.
