Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

If i am not wrong CTR stands for ’Cost Time & Resource’.

In simple words it is a BOQ with price for each item included. and a tentative schedule is also submitted with it. only Level 1 activities.

so a CTR based schedule means that the schedule should contain all the activities that cover the line tiems present in the CTR.

I hope i have answered your question.

Cheers.

Look to Wideman Comparative Glossary of Project Management Terms at http://maxwideman.com/pmglossary/ for answers to these types of questions. Good luck!

CTR stands for Cost, Time, Resource

They tend to be synonymous with workpacks

Dear Rolando,

Can you please give us an idea about what you are working on. It might be an abbreviation of the Project you are working on not a type of schedule that your manager asked you to do.

C might be: Critical, Crashed, Compressed
R: Recovery

With kind regards,

Samer
