Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Sigh! Hi all,
I have a new leader and he has requested I find for him actual documentation on Capacity Planning.

Now I don’t mean the IT type and server/storage type capacity, but the type that refers to Project Resources manpower and otherwise.

Can anyone reccomend some reading for him that will satisfy his need to see it in writing?

Regards,
Doug

Hi Douglas

I use the Wessex Estimating CD/ROM issued by the RICS bookshop. It has about 90% of the production outputs required in the construction industry.

Best regards
