Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

The 1st and 2nd editions are available as PDFs, and I find these editions contain some useful information which isn’t in the 3rd edition. So buy the 3rd edition from Amazon, download the 1st & 2nd editions and be prepared to have a look in all three.

Or you could wait for the 4th edition to be released next year, and hope the 3rd edition becomes available for download then.
