Univ of Liverpool is offering a lot of online edu courses which are worth paying as their certification holds global recognition. My colleague is doing Masters in Management and is quite happy with the way they conduct the course. For dissertation during the final semester they do arrange Guide , who will provide you guidance online.
Last, but not the least, their courses are a bit expensive!!!!
