(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
I note at the bottom of the website there is mention of sticky threads. -How do we go about setting up sticky threads? As a moderator, can I make a sticky thread, or is it only PP admin?
There are a few stickys I would like to setup -a list of FAQs with links to good threads answering the questions for example, and one giving advice to newcomers ref how to avoid double-posting, and why not to ressurect ancient discussions.
