Formatting the weekend display
Tue, 2007-11-06 11:42
Hi
Im using Powerproject 9. I have formatted the Bar Chart so that Saturday and Sunday are displayed with the weekend green shading and tasks are, by default, not scheduled to be worked on during these 2 days.
Its all fine except that at the end of each half day there is a thick vertical green. This can be confusing as it intially appears that there are 4 non-working/weekend days blocked out. Is there any way you can stop that vertical line appearing at the end of the half day, without having to adjust the working time settings.
Thanks, Laurie

Alexandre thanks for your reply. In the end the customer decided they like the bars, so I didnt have a chance to try out your suggestion.
But thank you for your help.

Laurie,
I am using PP8; I would check Work Pattern in the Library: The saturdays and sundays your wp should be set-up as follows in the 8hr/day, 5d/w pattern:
Non-working: 00:00 - 09:00 (or 08:00)
Week-end: 08:00 (or 09:00) - 17:00
Non-working: 17:00 - 00:00
and as follows in the 8hr/day, 7d/w pattern:
Non-working: 00:00 - 09:00 (or 08:00)
Working: 08:00 (or 09:00) - 12:00
Non-working: 12:00 - 13:00
Working: 13:00 - 17:00
Non-working: 17:00 - 00:00
I presume the wrong display comes from there.
Hope this helps
