Planning & Cost Engineer, Doha Petroleum Construction Co.LTD., EPIC for Replacement & Installation of New Lifeboat & Associated Safety Equip (Offshore Project)

Prepare & develop planning package which contains comprehensive programs for the effective execution of the project based on the Scope of Work (SOW).  

• Develop Project Schedule in Primavera Program (P6/P3)
• Generate “S” Curve from Man-hours resources loading defined in activities in EPIC requirements from various descipline.(Engineering, Procurement, Construction/Installation, Testing & Commissioning).
• Prepare Procurement register & Engineering Document Register
• Prepare Project measurements exported to excel format.

 Prepare WBS & CWP as per Clients requirements during preparation of Planning Package for the job.

 Prepare Tender Schedule as per SOW requirements part of submittals to clients.
