I am currently working as a Head Planning-Projects for SCOMI Engineering Bhd. a Malaysia based company.

Currently i am looking after 3 projects under SCOMI, 1.Mumbai monorail project 2. KL Monorail expansion project 3. Brazil Mono rail project.

I lead the planning team for civil ,E&M and system work.I am responsible for preparing of Master schedule, interface planning and tracking of the same.

Prepare project cash flow,budgeting & cost tracking.

Prepared EOT & Delay analysis reprot & programme.

Chair meeting for vendor coordination and planning.

Control &Track sub contractor programme and vendors work schedule.

Coordination with client and PMC.

Prepare monthly progress report ,supervisory board report & other tracking report for project.

I had my previous experienc in Mumbai Metro rail project & Dubai Metro rail project as a Planning manager.

I have already have 10 years of experience in Project planning,monitoring & cost control.

I am currently using Primavera-6 & MSP as planning tools.
