West Midland Micro Simulation modeling services                               Duration July 2008 till date
Ongoing project- This is macro/micro simulation models of the West Midlands (WM) area to assist in the Monitoring and Evaluation work stream of the West Midlands UTMC major scheme. The main objective is to develop micro/macro simulation models of around 1500 km of road network within all the all seven districts of WM and to provide a set of tools to consider the impacts of incidents and events on the network and to develop mitigation strategies. My role is to develop the project plan as possible as detail and leasing with the client and all WM council authorities in procuring signal data’s, I am also responsible for the followings;
     Project schedule updating and monitoring slippages against baseline schedule;
     Analyze Risks- Identify the uncertainties and what impact it has on the delivery of the project, either in terms of duration and any significance cost implications;
     Preparing risk register and Early warning notification (EWN) to the client;
     Preparing monthly progress report, Invoicing and co-ordinate with team located in India and other capita offices in UK.

Delhi Intelligent Signaling System, Delhi India                         Duration March 2007 - Aug 2008
The study looks at improving road safety through effective road design and involved advising government on setting up of the first state of art UTMC centre in Delhi to control the BRT corridor of 16km length. The scope of the works includes Designing the BRT system, calling the tenders for setting up signals at 16 junction, it involved removal of existing signals and redundant cables and putting in new cables along the ducts buried under the roads, construction of cable pits, pulling cables to all the 16 junction signals and connecting it to newly installed signal post, earth bonding and testing and commissioning of the same.

     Brixton Station Integration Study:- Produced excel/VBA bespoke spreadsheet model to test the capacity assessment of station and test the potential enhancements.
     Bromley By Bow Station Passenger Movement Study and Capacity Assessment :- Done baseline and future assessments included giving advice and recommendations to accommodate future expansion growth
     Redevelopment of Crown Woods School, Eltham: – LBC Greenwich:- producing a Transport Statement, Environmental Statement and access part of Design and Access Statement for inclusion in a planning application for redevelopment of school
