    • Master ScheduleDevelopment& Control to ensure proper Scope/ Integration/ TimeManagement of the project in Coordination with Client / Consultants & Contractors at all levels.
    • Recovery Programmes (Up to required levels).
    • Progress Monitoring, Updating Schedules, Computing Variance and suggesting remedial actions.
    • Implementation of Project Control Procedures.
    • Generation / Updating of Progress S-Curves.
    • Preparation of Progress Report (Weekly & Monthly)
    • Correspondence to client, consultants & contractors relevant to schedule in accordance with Specific / FIDIC conditions of contract (Red Book)
    • Assessment of EOT (Extension of Time) notifications & detailed Claims.
