Los Angeles Unified School District, School Bond BB Repair. Worked as a Construction Manager on the LAUSD School Bond BB Repair program. Directly managed repair and renovation of fourteen school sites valued at $22M.  Projects included modernization, air-conditioning, new electrical service, safety and technology, playground resurfacing, painting, flooring, lighting, plumbing and electrical packages. Interacted and coordinated divergant needs of multiple client departments within LAUSD.  Defined contract scope, supervised design contracts, performed constructibility reviews, refined construction specifications, compiled bid packages and managed construction with emphasis on completing projects on time and within budget.
