- Planned, Scheduled and created time, cost & quality efficient Master programmes up to 10,000 activities with structured WBS using CPM following correct methodologies, logic & sequence and identifying/ assessing risks.
- Identified, forecasted and optimized all types of resources such as manpower, materials & equipments throughout USD 80 million project life cycles.
- Monitored, controlled and accelerated the progress with the help of programmes and reports using techniques like earned value management (EVM) and line of balance (LOB) limiting the delays to a minimum.
- Reviewed contract documents and defined milestones of a two year project. Monitored, verified and controlled all phases from conception to close-out which included engineering, procurement and construction.
