W S Atkins Projects (1986-1990) (Assignments Detailed Below)

 CrossRail Project Team: Responsible for the creation of Civil Contract programmes using Artemis 7000. Developed the initial model for project Risk Analysis using Opera.

 British Rail, Euston: Responsible for the project management function on the CrossRail Rolling Stock development with a capital value of £550m.

 WSA Project Management Division, Birmingham:Responsible to the Civil and Structural Group for the project management function on various projects including MEG Germany (PSA), Midland Links Motorway Viaducts (DTI) and the Black Country Route (Walsall Borough Council).

 Kodak Limited:Taken on to provide planning and management expertise to the Kodak manufacturing site at Annesley. Developed a TQC/SPC implementation schedule for use across the site. Designed and developed a Planned Maintenance and Resource Loading system using Artemis 2000. Affected the transfer of the system from Artemis 2000 onto an Artemis 9000 system in Rochester, New York, including training of the users.

 GEC (East London Telecommunications): Worked within the Client's project team on the installation of a new Cable Television network within London Docklands including application of the Prince methodology.

 Cellnet: Responsible for the updating and management of the Informix database and the production of bespoke gantt charts and reports associated with the construction of additional cell sites for mobile phone users within the UK.

 G.L.R.T. (Dotmap): Worked within the Department of Transport setting up applications as a solution to their requirements to report on and control monies and progress for the maintenance of roads and the implementation of regional road improvement schemes for the whole of London.

 AWRE: Worked at the Atomic Weapons Research Establishment at Aldermaston setting up a Cost Time Resource (CTR) system using Artemis Project for the control of a major construction project.

 Atkins Oil and Gas: Worked on a number of planning assignments within the Oil and Gas division of WS Atkins. Additionally set up a timesheet control and cost/productivity reporting system using the Artemis project management package
