Upon the completion of the Sugarloaf Pipeline Project, I was predominantly based in John Holland’s Melbourne head office, whilst also fulfilling a minor role on the GASP stations. During this period I have worked on a variety of project tenders over several construction disciplines, including rail, civil and building. Most notable tender wins, which I have been involved in, include a $60m extension to the Victoria State Coroner’s office and two $30m train stations.

The role of ‘tender planner’ involves more than just the development of construction schedules. Typically, I would assist in the development of the construction methodology and be involved in the design with regard to build-ability and risk, giving particular consideration to delay allowances and contingencies.
