With TAG International, I am currently involved in the planning and project control monitoring of GolenGol Hydropower project in Pakistan. The project is about producing electricity using head race tunnel and surge chambers for pressure head.

Previsously with the company I was involved in the coordination and project management of the designing of the following projects:

·         Prime Minister House Azad Jammu Kashmir

·         Sports Complex (Stadium with Cricket ground, indoor games, canteen, and tennis court).

·         Market building (4 story market of 74000 sft.)

TAG International had a project with Techred pvt. Ltd, for home I worked on the following capacities:

1.     Prepared the project plans for the ongoing and the new projects, prepared activity lists, assigned resources and then prepared a project progress report for the management’s review.

2.     Finalizing the financial proposals, by keeping it to the limits which are possible to meet the market rates.

3.     Preparing the project progress reports for the review of the company’s CEO.

4.     Monitoring and controlling the project’s progress with the Project Manager .

5.     Preparing activity schedules and resource histograms for the project.

6.     Identifying and analyzing the risks associated with the ongoing activities.

7.     Coordinating the site project team with the office team for any conflicting situations.

8.     Tracking and reporting the resource hours and expenses on weekly basis.

9.     Analyzing the new upcoming projects for their possible revenues and advantages for the company profile, and discussing these options with the CEO and Business Development Director.

Here I worked on the following projects:

1.     Feasibility study of dedicated ethanol fuel buses in Pakistan.

2.     Prepared a feasibility report for a 3-story hotel in Lahore.

3.     Johar Town, Affordable housing project on 1400 Kanals of Land.

4.     Government Cooperative Housing Scheme in Multan.

5.     Third Party Review for a Study conducted to re-evaluate the urbanization trends in some specific areas of Lahore.
