Head of Operational Support – National                                                                                              

Reporting to Director of Design & Civils, with responsibility to support a £20M operation.  Main responsibilities included working with senior management team to develop strategy to drive down costs and improve performance. Direct reports included Ntl Damage Recovery, NRSWA Legislation Support Teams and System developers. Single point of contact for operational improvements required by teams, and interfacing into other teams as necessary. Cost centre manager.

 

Planning Manager                                                                                                              

Reporting to the Head of Design & Civils with the overall operational and budgetary responsibility for 10 direct reports consisting of Planners, Operational Support Team and Network Database Developers

 

Capacity & Planning Supervisor                                                                                        

Responsible for 9 direct reports. The position involved upgrading the ntl network for Telephony, Cable TV, Fibre and Broadband services.

 

Designer                                                                                                                              

Responsibilities included the design and onsite management of network build at the time of ntl main network build
