  • Successfully planned, monitored, and controlled the progress of multiple projects sponsored by several entities including Musanada, ADNOC, and ADAC. 
  •  Improved planning processes by applying PMI’s techniques regarding estimation of resources and durations. In addition to initiating workshops with the project team to discuss construction methodologies and resource mobilization.

  • Created successful Extension of Time (EOT) claims by close monitoring of delay causes, impacts, and liabilities in accordance with contract conditions, utilizing delay analysis techniques like Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Window analysis, which led to minimize dispute and variance from planned budget.
