Charles Yeung has worked in consulting, planning and programming roles for over 8 years with valuable experience in building, infrastructure and IT&T projects across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Macau. He is a team player with extensive experience working in client’s Project Management Office (PMO) and has proven success in project delivery, client relations and variation of project schedules to deliver urgent requests. Charles is an expert in planning & programming, analysing critical paths, progress monitoring and earned value analysis as well as assistance with assessment of acceleration. His strength is the ability to join project teams of complex, major projects and distil the needs of the project team into a detailed realistic schedule. Currently engaged as Senior Planner / Programmer for Richard Crookes Constructions, Charles is an integrated member of the front-end of the business working together with the tender bid team to bring further success to the company.
