How to combine the terms of the main contract of the project will have a positive or negative impact on the project claim and project duration.Based on the original contract terms of a specific project, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various contract management method under the circumstance of the expansion of the project scope, and gives practical guidance."
