  2. Presentation by Mike Testro - Facts v Theory - Delay Analysis that works - a talk on why impacting events on a critical path does not work and an alternative that does work

Presenters Bio - Raf has had a long successful career over 60 years as a hard hat boots on the ground consultant in Project Cost Control, Project Governance, Project Planning and Programming, and is experienced in Forensic Delays, EOT claims management and project management and in leading successful planning & scheduling teams. As well as the development and writing of CPM software.

Presenters Bio - Mike has 50 years in construction management and economics, 27 years in computer aided planning and 20 years focused on Delay Analysis.  Mike says "I am not a planner - I am a Builder who can work the software.  I am not an RICS member but I have a thorough understanding of construction economics.  I am one of a few that can do both time and money.  I have recently developed a new delay analysis method Projected As Built.
