Current Role

Project Planning & Management

§  Preparation & Monitoring of Construction Master Programme.

§  Scheduling project including material & manpower planning.

§  Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

§  Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de-bottlenecking & implementation of QA/QC procedures as per norms and standards.

§  Preparing & monitoring of histograms and S-curves.

§  Tracking of procurement schedule, shop drawings, materials & information requests.

§  Preparation of Tender programmes.

Contract Management

§  Assessing contractual terms for secured projects, cost impact on the project, advising execution and billing team for non-spelled items.

§  Managing contractual correspondence, raising and settling contractual claims with respect to cost and time.

§  Preparing contract documents for various work items including contractual terms and conditions, technical specifications and commercial terms.

§  Verifying Subcontractor claims and preparing payment certificates.

Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning

§  Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

§  Coordinating among Site, Office and Consultants for smooth execution of the project.

§  Resolving teething problems in site execution such as timely material supply, drawing queries, payments, etc.

Organizing review meetings, preparing MOM and Action Plan follow up for action taken, etc.
