In addition, I contributed to data analysis for: stakeholder management, key performance indices, and National Grid planning process improvements. I produced managerial plans for increasing the maturity of work conducted by the scheduling team for the Electricity Transmission Project Controls function. I became a skilled user of Primavera P6 during this role.
