Responsible of Tecnicas Reunidas Corporate Planning Department, asigning Planning Leaders and teams to all Projects, supervising planing work and establishing and updating procedures.
All responsibilities of Planning Dept. such as:
• Supervision of building the base master schedule
• Preparation of Recovery & Revised schedules
• Submission of all required weekly , monthly & status reports to the client and consultant
• Earned value analysis for all projects
• Delay analysis
• Master in ETO claim preparation and participation on required inquiries
• Participation of Progress meetings with all required data
• Variation impact analysis on triple constraints
• Sub-Contractors management
