- Represent the Company in planning related meetings with Clients
- Leading meetings with subcontractors, site managers, planning engineers to coordinate subcontract schedule and day-to-day operations.
- Provide supervision and assistance to planners in the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan.
- Produce the weekly reports and coordinating input from site managers.
