t was clear from the offset that a different strategy would need to be developed in Saudi Arabia to bring 21 Projects in align with Western Standards and getting the Project online. After screening all the Schedules I was able to identify 10 Disciplines that almost all the Schedules were missing and develop a scoring mechanism to score each Schedule.
