·        Preparation of a comprehensive cost and resource loaded contract baseline time schedule for the Aprons, Taxiways, Load Centers, Airside Storm water network (Pipe and box culverts), Blue Water Network, Airfield Ground Lighting network and the associated Vault Rooms, Glycol Network, 400Hz Network, Fuel Hydrant Network from the Fuel Farm, Fuel supply network from Aramco depot, GSE Tunnel/Ramps and security checkpoints, by reading the design drawings (70%).

·        Proper coordination with the team members and the construction team to properly model the physical and non-physical dependencies.

·        Preparation of the “Internal Construction Work Program” for the abovementioned facilities.

·        Regular site visits to stay on top of progress and issues affecting progress.

·        Regular meetings with the Zone Manager as well as the subcontractors to communicate the facility longest path and requirement to mitigate delays in advance.

·        As a part of the core P6 expert team establishing weightage based Earned Value measurement and management.

·        Three week look ahead preparation on a weekly basis.

·        Update of the contract program on a weekly basis.

·        Maintaining the Logic Revision Report, containing the reason for the logic revision. Logic revisions are made to reflect the change in the expected execution sequence.

·        Recording the change of the longest path for each individual facility.

·        Update of quantitative and visual CAD reports on a weekly basis.

·        Preparing the snapshot and KPI reports for the Main Contractor’s Senior Management.

·        Attending to the Ad-hoc requirements of the client as and when required.

·        Monitoring and analyzing the resources at site against progress made.

·        Sending letters to the CM as well as the subcontractors regarding owner caused/ subcontractor caused delays.

·        Proper filing of the correspondences for future reference.

·        Reconciling weighted physical progress against cost based progress by recording the material at site.

·        Preparation of revised schedules as and when required.

·        Submission of what-if scenarios for the Zone Managers.

·        Preparation of excel based as well as P6 based mitigation plans and schedules

·        Directing the Zone Manager to the areas that require attention.

·        Maintaining procurement log for the long lead items.

·        Representing the Main Contractor’s Construction Team in the meetings with the CM’s Project Control Manager.

·        Part of a centralized team of Planning Engineers, Contract Administrators, Quantity Surveyors and Claim Analysts that collaborate among each other to control the project.

·        Ensuring that every step is taken from the project controls point of view in eliminating/mitigating any existing/predicted delay.

·        Is recording the initial activity (along the data date) that drives the longest path for every schedule update. Thereby, maintaining a clear log of how the longest path changes over several updates.

·        Is maintaining a database of indexed records (as detailed as practicable) to identify when, where and who caused delay, to aid myself when any involved Contractors claim for Time or Cost.

·        Is assisting the Contract Administrator in evaluating the subcontractor claims by providing delay analyses, based on the best available records.

Have hands-on experience in analyzing the available documentation, schedule rectification, schedule delay analysis (as prescribed by the contract), proving or disproving a claim on the grounds of the contract, with a narrative.
