The Road Map is a matrix that specifies how the project will use the Project System elements based on project size / risk considerations. It documents the agreement among the Owner, the Project Steering Committee (Owner Representative (O/R), and the Integrated Project Team of the contractor on how the staged activities and gate deliverables will be tailored to develop and execute the project in the most effective and efficient manner.
