This project, value circa £100 million was the first project awarded under the NHS Framework route of procurement. Managed under the NEC3 form of Contract. My role was extensive, being one of the first appointed, to develop the intensive logistical solutions; planning and preliminary costings for Stage 3, through to construction under Stage 4.
