Dualization of Bidbid Sur Road Project, Package 1a – a USD 400 million, road project stretching 40 kilometres through some challenging mountainous terrain. Scope consists of 6 lane highway with five interchanges and nine major cross-drainage structures, including six high bridges.

 

Royal Oman Police Border Post Complex at Rub al Khali, Oman  – USD 68 Million Greenfield development of a police station and border post complex spread over an area of 800,000 sq.metres comprising of multiple buildings like offices, accommodations, utilities etc. with associated infrastructure works, including 8 kms of road.

 

A’ Seeb Waste Water Project Contract 3 – A Design and Build project comprising of Vacuum Sewerage Network for the Seeb Coastal Area, Oman including 11 VacuumStations and over 550 kms of pipe network with associated infrastructure works amounting to around USD 225 Million.

 

Qurayat Water Supply Scheme – Water supply network and Pumping Stations with associated infrastructure works for the entire Qurayat town and nearby three villages in Oman, amounting to around USD 50 Million.

 

New Palace Staff Clinic– An USD 18 Million Clinic for the staff of Royal Court Affairs, The Palace, Sultanate of Oman.

 

Tilal Complex(Muscat Grand Mall)– Mixed use commercial & residential development comprising of a Shopping Mall, Offices, Serviced Apartments, Residential Apartments, recreational facilities, worth USD 110 Million in Muscat, developed by Al Madina Real Estate.

 

Essar Oil Refinery Project- 10.5 mmtpa Oil Refineryincluding Captive Power Plant and Product Jetty worth USD 2.25 Billion at Jamnagar, India.

 

National Highways Development Programme- Golden Quadrilateral - Widening of Durgapur Expressway (NH 2) in West Bengal, India worth USD 10.5 Million. Project involved construction of 7 Flyovers, 10 Minor bridges, and 94 culverts.

◦       Project: A’ Seeb Waste Water Project - Contract 3 for Haya Water,Sultanate of Oman (Dec 2010 till Jun 2013).

◦       Leading the project planning department of Galfar Special Projects Unit 2.

◦       Responsible for estimation, mobilisation, allocation and management of key project resources like manpower and equipment.

◦       Prepared the revised Project Business Plan and Cost to Completion for the extended duration and revised scope of project.
